Your organization's SAML and storage

We use SAML for authentication to ensure that our clients' data is secure. We do not store any personal data in our database, as authentication happens via our clients' SAML provider. In addition, we leverage our clients' object storage (e.g., Google or AWS) to securely store design-related images. This method ensures that every resource in their email points to their domain, reducing the risk of their emails being flagged as spam.

Email Hero also pulls data from our clients' CMS but doesn't store it. This means that clients' data is always up-to-date, but we don't expose them to additional security risks by storing their data in our database.

Audit log for full transparency

Email Hero maintains detailed audit logs that capture user actions within the platform. This provides our clients with full visibility into what actions were taken and by whom. Our audit logs make it easy to trace any issues or incidents back to their source and help to ensure accountability and security. Additionally, we use SAML-based authentication, which further reduces the risk of unauthorized access to client data. Our database and application servers are currently hosted in the USA, but we can deploy them to EU servers if needed. We use AWS technologies, which allows us to easily scale up when traffic is high, ensuring that our clients' emails are always delivered on time.

We have redundancies in place to ensure that our infrastructure and application are always reliable, including multiple application servers, redundancies on the database level, and multiple docker containers per API on every application server. Additionally, we apply fallbacks on the DNS level to ensure that our application is always accessible.
